ALD Surveying was set up in 2014 and is run by Anthony Morris, an experienced Building Surveyor who has a methodical and careful approach to his work. Anthony has spent time working with Local Authorities, large multinational surveying practices and social housing landlords. He has a high level of knowledge and experience in the surveying and construction industry. Anthony is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and The Pyramus & Thisbe Society, both professional bodies that seek to advance the knowledge of their members.

At ALD Surveying our aim is to provide a professional service with a personal touch. We are keen to keep things simple and have a straight forward approach to our work. We recognise the importance of keeping the client well informed to make the right decision and deliver a stress free project. Anthony prides himself on being approachable, on being conscientious, professional and on always working hard to achieve the right result for his clients.
Our History
Having spent much of his early career in the construction and facilities management industries, Anthony decided it was time to progress. he wanted a greater knowledge of the industry he worked in and decided to undertake a part time Building Surveying degree at London South Bank University. Five years later and after plenty of late nights studying and revising, he achieved a First Class Honors Degree. In 2014, Anthony set up ALD Surveying with the goal of providing simple, effective solutions to Party Wall matters and expert Schedule of Condition Surveys.
